Privacy

• We store your email, your assessment answers, and whatever you log in the app.
• We never see your card details — Stripe handles payment.
• Nobody reviews your entries. They exist to run your plan and draw your chart.
• We never sell or share your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
• Email hello@umbralprogram.com to get a copy of your data or to have it deleted.

• Your email address, used to send your access link and to contact you about your purchase.
• Your assessment answers, used to build your profile and personalize your plan.
• What you log in the app: practice sessions, arousal levels, notes, checklist ticks, and weekly check-ins.
• A record of your purchase: amount, status, and the Stripe payment identifier. No card numbers.
• Basic technical data our hosting and database providers keep, such as server logs.

We don't ask for your name, your address, or your phone number, and you don't need to give us any of them.

What you enter is health-related information about your sexual function. We use it only to operate the program for you: deciding which exercises your plan shows, drawing your progress chart, and keeping your history available to you. We do not use it to target advertising, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers listed below.

• Supabase — database and sign-in. Your account and app data live here.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe receives your email and payment details directly; we receive only the confirmation and a reference.
• Vercel — hosting for the website and app.
• Resend — sending your sign-in emails.

Each of them acts on our instructions. Your app data is stored in Tokyo, Japan.

We only use cookies that make the app work: one that keeps you signed in, one that remembers your time zone so "today" matches yours, and one that remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so there's no consent banner to click through.

We keep your account and your entries for as long as you have access, so your history stays useful. Ask us to delete it and we will. We keep a minimal record of the purchase itself where we're required to for tax and accounting.

Email hello@umbralprogram.com from the address on your account and we will send you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and everything in it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to complain to your local data protection authority. We don't discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Sign-in uses one-time email links rather than passwords, and database rules restrict every row to the account that owns it. No system is perfect, but your entries are not browsable by us as a matter of routine.

Umbral is for adults of 18 or older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
