Umbral is run by Bernardo Alcocer Sánchez, an individual based in Mexico — not a company or a clinic. You can reach us at hello@umbralprogram.com for anything: refunds, questions, or requests about your data.

Umbral is an educational self-help program: a 12-week behavioral and pelvic floor training plan based on established sex therapy techniques, delivered as a web app with exercise instructions and progress tracking.

It is not medical care. Using it does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship, nobody reviews your entries, and nothing in the app is a diagnosis or a treatment prescribed for you. If your assessment flags something worth checking, or if you have pain, erection difficulties, or a sudden change, see a qualified clinician. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Results vary from person to person. The projections shown after the assessment are conservative training targets, not promises, and we don't guarantee any specific outcome.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. By buying, you confirm that you are.

Access is personal and for one person. You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep that inbox secure. Don't share your access, and don't copy, resell, or republish the program content.

Umbral costs $47 USD as a one-time payment, with no subscription and no recurring charges. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Any applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

If Umbral isn't for you, email hello@umbralprogram.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No explanation needed. Refunds go back to the original payment method and access ends when the refund is issued.

After 14 days we generally don't issue refunds, but write to us anyway if something went wrong — we'd rather fix it than have you disputing a charge.

• Follow the instructions as written, and stop any exercise that causes pain.
• Don't try to break, scrape, or overload the service, or access other people's accounts.
• Don't use the program content to create a competing product.

The program, its text, and the app itself belong to us. Buying gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for yourself, for as long as the service exists.

We may improve or update the program and the app over time. We aim to keep your access available indefinitely, but we can't promise the service will run forever or without interruption. If we ever have to shut it down, we'll give you notice and a way to export your data.

The program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the program.

Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for fraud.

You can stop using Umbral at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end your access if you breach these terms, for example by sharing or reselling the content.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For material changes affecting people who already bought, we'll email you.
